Hey guys I'm putting in 3 JL 10 inch subs under the back seat, my question is should I run the infinite baffle free air subs or the reg subs? I was leaning towards the reg since the back seat simulates a box. Anyone have any suggestions.
Thanks

Infinite unless you are going to build airtight boxes and have the required airspace per their specs. I have 3 JL 10's in my seat bench sound pretty good. Ran tonneau cover Velcro around the seat lid to make for a tighter seal and eliminate rattle.

I have two 10 inch Alpine marine subs under my back seat. My back seat area, vents to the hullsides, and isn't in any way, air tight. They sound good. They're not gonna rattle anyones windows, but I'm pleased with the sound from them. The subs are powered from my Alpine V9 amp, which puts out 500 watts to the the mono sub channel. The sticker that came with the amp, actually shows it puts out like 586 watts during testing, if I recall.
I am powering six , 7" alpine marine coaxials off that amp as well. Those PDX amps are pretty sweet. Small, compact, good sound, and never gets hot.

Bonus: some ladies enjoy the back seat more
