Frankly speaking. If you are looking at a 29’Fountain and worried about resale. I would look at a 29’ single. I think you will find that a boat this size is better for resale than this same boat with twins. JMHO
I agree with fordf350. If you really want one with twins, I would look at a 35’.

I bought the '98 29' Fountain Fever with twin 454 Mag MPIs today.
The boat was purchased new in '98 and run for a very few hours by the older man who purchased it.
It was then sold to another older man and he and his family have serviced it well and did any neccesary repair work each year.
They ran it very little.
Today my mechanic checked it out and determined one engine has 83 hours on it and the other has 85 hours. The hour meter shows 101 hours so someone left the key on for a while.
It looks like new and motors have never been opened. All original.
Every thing works like new.

Thanks Zack
There is not a mark on it, inside or out.
Stored inside under cover in the summer and inside heated in the winter.
Never kept in the water except when being used the few hours that it has been run.
All the mechanical checks turned out perfect and the maintenace records are excellent
I am really excited about this purchase as it has been on my bucket list for a number of years but I just never could find the right one until now.
I have owned a number of boats in my lifetime but never a high performance machine as such so this will be a good entry level boat for me to run for a while.
