Default Anyone else having a problem getting in touch with Fountain about ordering parts?

I have been trying for over 2 weeks now! Emailed them first like they ask you to do on their website and after a week with no reply started calling and not once has a human answered the phone. I have owned a Fountain boats for over 20 years and getting parts and support was never a issue when Reggie owned it. I guess the folks at Iconic dont value customer service!

Default Apparently they just don't care about the customers!

As a Fountain owner you would think that "the factory" would at least show some slight interest in its loyal customers. As a business owner it only makes sense that they would. Over the last 2 years I have tried on no less than 10 occasions to contact them and order some parts, as well as looking into some restoration work. NOT 1 call back nor 1 returned email. I bought the parts elsewhere, and had the restoration work done locally. I will NEVER attempt to contact them again, nor would I every consider buying a boat from them! I love my boat, but have no respect for "the factory" anymore. If you want to see how real professionals do business than deal with companies like Konrad, BAM Marine, and BBLADES, excellent products, great customer service, and solid ongoing businesses because they know the importance of having satisfied loyal customers!

I totally agree with you,I will never bother trying to contact them either, all they care about is the new boats they’re selling ,they are not trying to bother with us folks who own the old boats.

It seems as if nothing changes. Fountain has been bad about getting back to people for 15 years or more.
