I have a loose fitting on one of my latham lines. see the fitting in the pic going into center of blue square whatever it is.If I remove fitting and reseal with loctite 545 will i have to bleed system. Seeing different answers

Not usually. You shouldn’t lose much fluid and it will bleed itself with a few turns back and forth in most cases.
