You look to be in a marina facility? If so move the floating lift and the air control to a different slip with deeper water, plug the air control into some power and lower it. Then just put it back.

On my western NY lake we have boats like this that remove and replace large free standing boat lifts. If your location has these type boats it could both take weight off the stern and pull.

One of our local lift and sea wall companies removed over 2’ of slit from under my lift with a big pressure washer and mud pump. Took less than an hour, but no rock.
