Looks good Dennis!
How deep was that hook in that one pic?

Nothing like a new bottom for Christmas, right? (haha)

Thanks Mark,
I'd guess at about a 1/16 ????
It's difficult to tell.
You can't say that I didn't start from
the bottom up on this boat!
:p ;)

How do you know they are doing it right. What if the boat doesn't handle as well. It is not as simple as leveling the bottom.

StrikinLightnin 12-06-2003 12:34 AM

GATORONE

I know of other people that have had there
boats done at this shop that are very well pleased
and can testify of increase in performance.
I'm not the first Fountain hull that has been
blueprinted there.
There are two more Fountain's waiting to be
blueprinted after mine is finished.
The guy must be doing something right?
I don't claim to know everything about what is being
done in the process.
Just trying to post something that I thought would
be of interest.

BUT bring your stocking cap,,,,,

Have you ever used them before? I thought about it until HoustonProp offered a special a couple weeks ago. He's blueprinting and all that other high tech chit on my 26's right now. Hopefully gain a bit over the 25's I been running, since they will be perfect. Kinda wondering since I am right at the rev limit at WOT with the 25's.

Also, is 1/16" enough to make a noticable difference on a pleasure boat? I don't know, just asking. Looks great, just knowing it is flat makes it faster to me. ;)
