Nolimits: No special knowledge needed for the Shinnecock inlet, just go with the flow and make a hard left to Oakland's when you are through.

I have every inch of Shinnecock Bay on my my infamous White Trash Dash GPS - and it should be much better after the dredge.

Peconic,yes,the eggbeaters are running fine,i put about 20 hrs on it before putting it away. Im ready as far as i can tell and the parts bin is full of powerheads and gearcases :D :D :D Tripps

Folks, Tripps is right: Going on the outside or the inside should be decided the night before, even in the morning of the run. It can get pretty nasty out there, and you have two 25 mile stretches with nowhere to turn.

If it's flat (and the earlier we leave, the flatter it usually is) - great. If it's snotty, plan B: Inside.
