Default Removing Front Seat Inserts

I want to change the color of the
inserts on the back of my front seats.
On the older models it's colored instead of being white like the newer models.
I want to go to white to help update the cockpit.
I'm talking about the area where the grab handle fastens to,then raps around the sides of the outside of the seat.
I haven't taken a close look to see what's involved.
Before I tear into it,
could someone that's done this before give me an idea on how to go about removing this piece.
Thanks

Default Seat

Have the section dyed to match ....a lot less time and money. and its not a high use area so it should last the life of the seat.

Strikin if yours is like mine, look under the seat by the back rest, the grab bar is bolted on the part i think your talking about. remove the bolts. then there are stainless screws that hold that insert on.
