Anybody ever purchase a set of bolsters new from Fountain? Or does anybody know about how much new ones are?

Thanks, Todd

I am interested. There was a set on ebay last week but the guy had a reserve of $3500 for a yellow set that needed to be recovered. I thought this was too high considering the work that needed to be done. The last time I inquired about having a complete cockpit done on a striped boat at Fountain, I thought it was 10-12k.

That $ sounds about right. Not a bad deal for what you get. I'll see if I can get another set. Email me with your 411 and I'll see what I can come up with. These things tend to come available over the winter.

These are the best deal on bolsters, www.ppi-fl.com
Believe me I shopped for the fountain bolsters for a while and probably for the same boat you considered at one time.

Thanks for the link. You must be talking about the 33 with the side-by-side bolsters. It is bad enough having my wife beside me telling me to slow down but with that setup she could have just grabbed the sticks.

Any way, I just purchased a set of used ones from a 42 Fountain on Ebay for $900. I have not seen them yet but I hope that they can be recovered and be ok.

Thanks, Todd
