Thanks John. I have the taller version on my 29 and wouldnt change it for the world. The bigger 32+ boats I dont like it on and the shorter one on the bigger boats is tall enough for me. I have ridden in both and they are both OK with me. I am not a fan at all of the race fairing but want the shorty on mine. I figure there has got to be a way to somehow cut the tall one down? If not just swap it out with someone or heck even with Fountain for a shorty....

I discussed cutting one down with a friend and it does not seem like a big deal . The only thing that would change is the angle of the glass if you were to reuse the stock frame, which I think would look better as it would be flatter like the Fever. There are a few places that can make the glass. If you were to provide the frame, I would think it would be easy to do.

I spoke to a guy in TN that said he could just use the existing glass, cut it down and re-use the hardware... I moved to TX so I never went any further... sound reasonable?

Good dealership... Call and ask for Chris Gagnon (he is the GM - his Dad owns the place.). They'll do right by you, esp. if you're going to drag it to TX.

I will give Chris a call... are you personally familiar with the boat?
