Thoes are my thoughts too, I know guys with 500s that hit high 70s so 525s must get you to at least mid to low 80s??? Right?? Hard to beleve that no one has them in there boat

If this helps?
Saturday on my final run with my cruising props I hit 81.5 @5000rpm
If I would of been running my labbed props and hitting 5300rpm I'm sure it would of been every bit of 84mph
Engines are carbed HP500's with head and cam change to make them closer to 550's to 575's no dyno sheets so I'm guessing but close with my HP#'s
The hull is a modified 98 meaning no hook and the strake mods. It also had a tad bit of rocker added.
With the above info I would expect to hit 80 under any conditions and hope to see it closer to 82 under great conditions with 525's and if they are the blower motors the acceleration will leave a smile on your face. My friend has them in is 382 Fastech and I love the mid range pick-up
