Will a procharger and intercooler fit in the engine compartment on a 93 27 fever

Yes it will. One of my customers has an older style M-3 blower which is huge and it fits. However he had to cut a hole in the seat back to get clearance for the Procharger intercooler which mounts in front of the starboard cylinder head.

After he changed to an Rtech supercooler he had no clearance issues. Sorry I don't have a picture for his engine compartment but the supercooler looks like this. We sell it separately for Procharger guys looking to upgrade or as part of a complete package with Vortech blowers.

I have seen the Whipples installed in 27s they had to route out a little of the back seat for clearence, but it it sweet.
