Just to give credit where it is due. These motors where dressed and rigged by Greg Banyas who owns Gator Marine and his work is second to none! He did a great job and I've learned a whole lot working on this project with him.

I re-wired the the boat from the panel back. Again, it's nice to have these parts available. The main engine harnesses make a huge difference on a job like this. I can't tell you how many hours I've spent in the past trying to fix some old crappy wiring. The new ones just plug into the motors and then into the panel harness. Clean.
Here are some of the panel. I did Livorsi Monsters, blue super rim with platinum faces. Throttles with duel trim and yes, I left the thottles where Reggie intended them to be! Don't mess with nature.

I think I left the other pics of the panel on my wifes memory card so I'll post those up later.
I put in full hydraulic steering from WPM. It's a nice set up and is clean to install. You may have noticed I added duel PS pumps. I always run out of gas on the pump motor....
