Default Ramp info for next weekend

Hey Guys,

Bringing my 353 Formula down for the PRA run on the 6th. I am staying at the Pink Shell from the 29th till Sunday the 7th. They have told me I can side tie onto their T Dock for the week if I want. I would be launching it Sunday I guess. They said I can park my trailer at the Hotel for a while. Does this make sence to you guys, or should I try to get in somewhere else? Thanks for the help, and I'll see ya on the water Sunday I hope.......

B-
That would be the best move, as all your hardware will be in one place. Once you are there, you're golden- at the north end of FMB, pink shell is a very good, central location for the many water-related options in Ft Myers. Traffic on the Ft Myers Bridge can be a pain, but snowbirds have started leaving the area and traffic is generally lighter everywhere. I was over at Sanibel Harbor yesterday and will be posting some updates on the poker run thread shortly...

Remember one thing about Florida, just because you see water does not mean it is very deep. Stay in the channels.

There is nothing more unnerving than seeing a small bird standing knee deep in water a few feet away from your boat as you are heading down a channel.
