I just changed my flights from MLK weekend to the following week so we can attend this run. Hoping for great weather and a great time!!

Jay can never sell enough pictures to cover the cost of the helicopter and his printing costs as well, so it requires some form of sponsorship to make it happen. On the last run we had a number of people kick in $ 100 each and Jay is providing them with a good size picture and the opportunity to buy additional prints at a discount. I was hesitant to ask the membership to participate in a similar program so soon after the last one but if there is enough interest we could make it happen. We can also try to tap some corporate sponsors to lighten the load on the membership. There is great exposure for any corporate sponsors with Jay putting their logo on the pictures he posts. I will get with him and see what we can do. Also anyone willing to contribute $ 100 towards the helicopter in exchange for a picture should come forward and let us know. It will tell us if there is enough support or not. We know there is a helicopter available out of Sarasota.

Also while the block rate for rooms has passed the expiry date, I have a few rooms at $ 169.00 / night in my back pocket for late entries.
