Idle thought for a slow Friday - 46' Cougar vs 47' Apache
#81
nice boat you got there! whoever installs or take out the center engine... it must be a pain in the arse with those 2 tanks on the sides! my hats off to the guy doing it! I use this exact space in mine to reach engine support bolts, for center engine but also for rear engines... the guy working in your boat must have 5 feet long arms with 2 elbows on each !!!!
I like the side paint a lot on your boat !

Cougar, ever get the boat in the water?
Also, this thread really makes you start hunting the classifieds for a 47'. Saw Kemo at Boyne couple weekends ago, tried to run back with him after card stop #4 but got lost in the mix getting out of the channel and traffic out into the open. He headed east towards the shore and I lost him, not that I could have kept up, but I would have given it a shot!!! What a sweet boat. What's cruise and top end on Kemo? Or any of them for that matter?
In any of the triple config 47ft, the ones that have been converted to 2 engine staggards, how do they compare? Balance, ride quality, etc.?
