GPS MY FRIENDS.....I WOULDN'T TALK UNLESS IT WAS..... Although I had very little fuel and the boat is empty....no seat cushins, life vests, coolers, people, food and drinks, spare oil, spare battery jumper, porta potty etc, etc....so I may loose a few ticks with all of the summer gear. But who cares I am still very satisfied...

CBR...I probably won't be blowing by you that often...I am usually taking it easy. The reason I wanted more power was to cruise at about 45 or 50 and not be WOT all of the time. See you out there soon

Johnny D,

Congrats on the great increase in speed. I have upgraded my power as well this winter and will posting results as soon as I get them Too bad the weather sucks this weekend.
I think that I have asked you before, but I don't recall what you said. Are you on the North or South side of the Island? Are you going to the NYC Poker Run?

Checkmate454....I am in Oceanside (behind Island Park) on the South Shore....and yes I am definatly going to the NYC Poker Run...weather permitting. I think you are South Shore too? If you want to run into the city that day let me know...always nice to run in the ocean with a few boats.

Johnny,

That was just what I was thinking. It is always good to have a someone to run with. I keep my boat at Grovers' in Freeeport. As you said, weather permitting, I will be going again this year. Keep me in mind as it gets closer.

Vinny
