go with a cell card, will work much better if you are going to use it alot, i have sprint, works reasonably well for what it is...

it does, but you can't two way while you are on the internet, that is what made me get the sprint card...

Got the booster hooked up to antenna then into card.works way faster than dial up..no disconnects when driving...went from 12% on the antenna to 90 and 98%...pretty fast too....Boost everything

Just get a Palm Treo. I can get to just about any website from my phone. No computer necessary!

I use Data Pilot. It comes with a usb cable to hook between your phone and computer. it works great. http://www.datapilot.com/

I have a Treo 600 with unlimited online/network access. Using the USB cable, I downloaded PDANet. This program allows you to use your Treo/Sprint network like a modem so you get online for free. Haven't used it but someone showed me on theirs.

So why pay Sprint $40/mo to do it with PCM CIA card, when my Treo doe sit for free.

I have the Treo 650. Do you really have to USB it to PDANet? Or is that just preference? I can read every post right on my phone, even floating on the boat!
