stall tactics. 
the boat was used in Hotboat right before he bought it. he's the original owner but even if he wasnt, a defect is a defect. expain to me why she needs all these serial numbers when the transom is the issue here?????
one inner transon plate bolt had 5 washers on it because the thickness varied so much.
