Looking at a hopefully soon-to-be-mine boat in Carlsbad. Appears to be quite a sweet deal that's too good to pass up.

Any fellow OSO'ers help a buddy out?
Anybody looking for something to do this weekend (besides being out on your own boat)?

I need someone to look it over and give me their honest opinion. If it's all good, from there I'll order up a survey. Oh ya, I could use the name of a good surveyor in the area, too.

Which boat is it?? There's a chance somebody might know the boat you are looking at..

I'll be in the area tomorrow afternoon between 2:00 and 4:00pm...after I run a few laps on my motocross bike. I'm no surveyer, nor mechanic, but I've got a pretty keen eye. Lemme know...

We are here in San Diego, about 20 minutes from Carlsbad. We've built, raced and wrenched on about anything from gas to diesel in the water and I have been in , raced and owned performance boats now for about 30 years. If I can help let me know

Taking the Sutphen out to Lake Elsinore tomorrow. But I'll likely head back by Carlsbad next weekend for another round of Motocross. Usually Saturday morning or mid-afternoon would work for me.

Had a guy go by and check it out yesterday. Turned out to be TOOOO much of a project boat for me. So, if anyone's looking for a 1983 Hustler 32SE that need some work, let me know and I'll send out all the info I collected over the past week.
