Nice Job GGB!

These guys are top notch! These are by far the nicest mufflers I've seen on the market. Not only do they work great they have great customer service and they stand behind the product. They built up a custom set for my Fountain so they would clear the rub rail.

We dyno'd the motors with and without the tips and saw no degradation of performance. I can't say the same for a few of the other brands. Don't want to piss anyone off but a few of the others we tried knocked my 675's down to 600's.

Can't wait to splash this thing next week and see how it all works on the water.

Thanks guys! Yeah, I'm itching to bolt the new Konrads on and see how they work. They look ptretty sweet too!

Troutly, We've put the GGB's on a few boats that are over 104db at idle and got them down to 90dbwith no performance loss. Those where all HP500's. The blower motors start out loader but come down too. We put the GGB's on a 575 and got it pretty close, about 95db. Our local law enforcement is letting you pass if you're at least trying to quiet the thing down.

The GGB's arev sweet though. They take the crackle out but leave the deep rumble. It's a well thought out design as it has now moving parts and no packing to burn out.

I've heard most law enforcement is letting you walk if you're making an effort to comply.

Now Lake Tahoe is another matter!

Officer Baumgardner..... the ONLY law enforcement on the North end of the lake. He is a NAZI!!!! I wish he would give up law enforcement and go back to making Granolla and tie-dye T shirts.

What's with Lake Tahoe? I plan to get there soon and need to know. I'm running the Gibsons which brought my 525 from 96db to 85db so I don't think I'll have much of a problem.

Don't go to the Keys in South Shore. They have their own "Local" sound ordinance. My MasterCraft barely passed! No joke They really don't want power boats on the lake and they're doing everything they can to make it hard for us to run.

Didn't those Gibsons choke your power? They don't seem to do well on the boats up here. I've replaced a few sets with the GGB's and got the power back. When I toss them in the trash the owners allways say "At least they where cheap!"

No problem here. Have hit 70 consistently even tho my RPM's seemed to go down 100-150.

The keys is where I would go. What are their requirements? I guess Pokerrunswest will be having some trouble there this year.

If you're going to North Shore go directly to the Coast Gaurd and have them check your boat out and give you a sticker. That way when Baumgardner tries to pull you over you can tell him to go lick balls! He WILL find you and F with you to no end.

He likes to wait for us over at the Sunnyside. The bastard likes doing a safety inspection at the dock in front of everyone so he can make a spectacle.

He's given Rick Bolins in "Gone Again" so many tickets for noise that he has to do community service! He gave up trying to chase him down so he now just puts the ticket in his mail box
