As a former UPS driver and getting and sending shipments to Canada on a weekly basis. Customs is a pain, everything has to be in triplicate, costs, prices cert of origin, manufacturing etc.... it's expensive and a hassle

You can assign a tracking number before the shipment is picked up, so give it a few hours.
