Dont ever ship something accross the border UPS, I had to go and fill out a Duties/ Tax paper and put my credit card # on it so if he dosent pay the excise tax they will bill my credit card.
Mailed him something earlier in the year and sent it US mail did not have any problems at all filled out the receiver's info and phone # and was cheaper also.
Warn everyone, if you send anything over the bored use the US mail!!!!!!!
Just ran the tracking # and it is in there system now.
Call me if you have any questions....

I agree, when I was a driver UPS always whined about how we had to do everything in triplicate, and the USPS didnt. they screamed unfair trade. I have daily p/u at my shop so its not that bad, the system fills out all the paperwork.

Update: got the parts by UPS this afternoon....thanks James!!.....its all good........would have been nice if they had called you to say they were stuck at the border instead of just letting them sit there........Im wondering......where the hell are they????........spoke to the driver ......he freely admitted that UPS is a PITA when it comes to shipping across the border.....being a private company they have to jump through hoops compared to the US Mail when it comes to going across the border.......go US Mail....................thanks again...................doug
