Funny thing is ..... I just paid $300+ a few months ago for a 1000/sf condo in Havasu
I've got a 1st floor, 2br condo at the Queens Bay (next door to London Bridge Resort) I'll let go for $350k ... gets $8k-$10k from weekend rentals.

Is that $8K-$10K a month? Do you have dockspace with that? Are you looking at boats? Is a Gladiator in the future? It is is in mine someday

soo , 16x50 = 800sq ft = 100k

(they are already out there with 525EFI for $139k
