Homes with an RV garage are $325K+ If you don't need the RV garage, you can find them starting in the $225K range for an older home. The homes in back of me are over 1 Mil.

The driveway isn't as bad as it looks. It is steep, but the trailer goes in ok

G, Nice Crib !!!

Funny thing is ..... I just paid $300+ a few months ago for a 1000/sf condo in Havasu

I've got a 1st floor, 2br condo at the Queens Bay (next door to London Bridge Resort) I'll let go for $350k ... gets $8k-$10k from weekend rentals.

Actually, you aren't comparing "apples to apples" here. My garage is 1340 sq ft alltogether including the 2 car garage. The $225K price is also for older homes.

Yeah .. that's it ... $8k per month (and then I woke up)

Gladiator may come into the picture when ... I CAN GET ONE WITH NEW 496HO's for $100k (they are already out there with 525EFI for $139k )
