The Extremes are designed for wet but can be used on dry. They work great on wet systems and will have no problem with the power you're running. We've put them on bigger engines than yours and haven't seen any power loss like some of the other mufflers. PM me or Email me for OSO member pricing.

Are the Gibson's that you lost the power with the Transom mounted version or the clamp on version?
Was it the Bullet style or the Power Tip version.
I heard from Gibson that someone mounted a clamp on version to far on to the tip and that blocked off some opening inside the muffler that reduced his performance. When it was mounted they way they wanted it was ok.
