We have an A1 on the shelf, you can order here:

http://www.mercruiserparts.com/partsByNumber.asp

As you know it has been superceded to the T01, but the A1 is what we have on the shelf. Same price. Can ship today.

Does P/N 91-840965T01 work with the newer engine couplers, the ones with the tube extension? I assume it does but want confirmation. Thanks!

Yes it should! It will work with the ITS and standard Bravo transom assemblies, coupler style does not matter.
