I raced off road bikes... Enduro and Hare Scrambles...Mostly in the ECEA (PA, NJ, NY, DE)... Got hooked- then went to work for a manufacturer in the industry (Husqvarna)...
I grew up with a Donzi in the family...
Eventually bought my own boat...ran it alot...Got hooked...then went to work for a manufacturer in the industry (Cigarette)...
So I wonder what's after boats????

Like Sharkey, I used to do the BMX thing...at some of the same tracks, in fact....I quit racing, and just rode quarter and half pipes for a while. Got my drivers license, and went thru a slew of porsche 914s and 911s. I used to autocross my current 911 (the 911 in mcgary911), and do a lot of track events in places like pocono, lime rock, summit point, mid ohio, watkins glen, etc...i hit all of those tracks after i got fired from a talk radio job one may. I had a 3 month non-compete, so they essentially paid me not to work. First summer vacation i had had in years.....that allowed me to hit all of those tracks. Lately ive been too busy for all of that......havent even gotten the boat wet yet

I was born on a boat on the Thornapple river in Grand Rapids. The day after I was born we were back on the boat and I was an observer for my Dad as he waterskied
The week after i got my Drivers License I bought a boat. It was a 17ft Starcraft (fiberglass) with a 115 Evenrude. We had a Slickcraft SS165 on the river. It was the fastest boat on the river until the Glastron Jet Boats hit the scene. We have always had a Sailboat on Lake MI in fact my parents are in the Med in Tunisia and have been sailing around the world for 6 years now. Boating is in my blood so thick that I can say that in 42 years I have never not had a boat or been on a boat. I also ride dirt bikes and snowmobiles in the off season.
