It looks more like damage from the boat on a trailer that backed into something or was whacked from behind by a vehicle.

I knew a guy once that hit the old damn at Lake Pleasant when the water level was low and he tore his drive completely off without damaging the bottom of the hull what so ever. He said he looked back and saw it flying through the air.
