Slimy Grimy will take off the yellow.
Isn't there a new product that uses powder to pressure wash the hull to take bottom paint off? Should work here.

If you use ON/OFF make sure you do not get it on any galvanized stuff. It will attack it big time......

Yes, this is why you rewax the hull afterwards to fill the pores. It sucks really bad.
