I was fortunate, i am feeling guilty watching TV in the AC and my biggest hardship is i am on dialup at my parents house in Baton Rouge, knowing these people are in dire straights, 55 miles from my house. We were told we would get an 11' surge up the Tickfaw. We got high winds, but no surge. Donald, sorry to hear about your brand new place. Stalkin and family is fine, i saw him yesterday at his bro-in law's. The water dropped 4'' today. We may get power back in the next few days in Killian. Thanks for your concern. I just got a call from a friend that just talked to Jassby. They are OK but that is about all I know. Judging by everything we know about that area I would assume there isn't much left of his place but means nothing at this point.

Good to hear you're OK too Mike. The condo can be rebuilt. Jayme and I are alive and that's all that counts at this time. Every time I look at the TV I see how much worse it could have been. The benefit sounds like a great idea too.
