The dropboxes are setup for quickchange ratios. I have two different ones but will have to check on the exact ratios. 1.5 to 1 would not be a problem.

Weismann used to have another drive which reached further behind the boat like the Arneson. It was still a Z drive though. It's my understanding that drive did not have reverse rotation capability.
