Great guys you are making me feel real confident on my decision to go there for vacation. Just kidding however shooters is definitely on my list of places to visit any other hot spots you would recommend.

Actually, it`s not just a "pistol'' logo and no, I don`t really need it. I do have a couple of HK rifles and I always liked the logo so I use it. It makes it easy for me to pick out my posts when I scroll down in a hurry. Damn! now your even taking shots at my avitar. What`s with that? You can have one too you know....an avatar I mean. I detect ''issues'' that leads me to believe you should`nt have firearms.

As for the question do I take my daughters to Shooters? I don`t have any children.

Yours Truly

Mr. needs to have a pistol logo as his avatar.

As far as Lauderdale goes...........coming from NY.......it is not what people are saying here. You must check out Pier 66 Hyatt.........you will love it. The top 360 degree spinning bar is a blast. Check out the strip by Bahia Mar, great restaurants. Let me know, I am in Jupiter, FL

One really good deal in Ft Lauderdale is the water taxi system. My wife and I got on one of the smaller ones after lunch at Shooters and rode it most of the afternoon. The female captain showed us all the celeb houses and took us to some really nice places on the canals. She even stopped at one end while we bought drinks before heading back to Shooters. I think it was 5 bucks a head or so for about 3 hours worth of sightseeing on a boat. Heck bring a cooler and make a day of it.

insptech is right, The water taxi is a must. We got on at the main station and went in one direction and stopped at Shooters for lunch and took it the other direction the next evening. Plenty of places to stop for shopping and great food. I think it stops running around midnight.
