October always has a few of the those nice "indian summer" days when it's sunny, warm and the air is dry with calm winds and when you look out on Lake Michigan the water is flat which makes for some nice final boating days. Even November has a few indian summer days that are good for boating---something that I've become familiar with.

What a day! 78 degrees at lake winni,N.H. Beautiful fall day for a cruise.Took the day off and had a blast.We keep thinking that the season is over,but the weather keeps cooperating,and I get to keep playing with the boat!

Yea Travis, I still have the Gade X 800 it is the best sled I have ever ridden. I am not putting the boat away yet, I just treat the gas and wait till it snows. There can even be a day in November 
Traviss, do you think you can make it to the UP? We go almost every weekend so just call, we always have a place to stay.

almost went to St. Clair today. It is October though and I am starting to think about the ice! Is anyone going to Hastings this weekend?
Here is a pic of my new toy for the winter. Should run the 1/8 mile in 5.3 at 120-125 mph. I wish my boat would accelerate like that!!!!

What a great summer!!!! Just got back from a day on the Lake. It was still warm after the sun went down. I think they are calling for 65 on Sunday. Hope to get out one more time before winterizing.
