Everyone keeps saying it is the last good day but there always seems to be another good day around the corner. Sunday the water was 58 or colder, today I took the boat out and washed it in the water, I even dove under. My gage said 67 and NOAA said the same....67 on Oct 10???? Heck at this pace I will be out in November. I am at 50 hrs, and I didn't get the boat until July 4, I should have 75-80 so let the temps stay up...until Dec when it needs to snow like there is no tomorrow.

Hopefully the warm water temps = lots of frigging lake effect snow. I started my 2 Revs last week during the little cool down we had.

You guys should have come down to St Joe and run down to Michigan City with Kaama and I last sunday. Met the bunch that came over from Hammond and had lunch. I think about 9 boats. Doug

We ran the st clair river from port huron to lk st clair and back sunday,it was awesome! 81 degrees in october!!!! The water was quite "refreshing" in lk huron though,it felt like about 60 degrees,Smitty

Water temp on Lake Travis in Austin is only 85 degrees!

The wate temp on my canal was 91 today, the canal is ussualy about 2 degrees warmer then the gulf, but 89 aint bad at all it was in the 95-96 a few weeks ago. I want it to cool down 95 is just not refreshing to get in and it makes it muggy and humid as hell on land if you are anywhere near the water.
