I found this on E-bay, has anyone ever seen this before??

Somebody has some R&D into the project...about 14 hours worth and then quit. There might be promise in the idea, but it needs a heap of work for the idea to come to fruition. Sounds like a perfect project for Fred!

It is a great idea but wouldn't buying outboards be much easier
