Super V is the class where you can prove whatcha got. That goes for all the manufatcturers. How bout Cigarette, Donzi, Baja, OL, and many many more. I'm a little let down by Cigarette in the racing circut and i'm a big van of there boats. There was 1 Cig in Super V with minimal sponsorship and Skip didnt even acknowledge him. What kind of factory support is that ?

thats why i never understood that hole WORLDS FASTEST HULL thing. Give the manufacturers a 2 ft swing in lenghts, a weight limit, a specific engine and drive pkg combo to be used by all. Then we'll know who builds the fastest hull. As Mark Matthews said anyone can build a fast boat...big boat bigger power and that to me settles nothing...JUST MY .02

Maybe other makes get tired of losing and just bow out...

If I'm not mistaken, Media Master was something like 6 or more years old with the original single step/heavy lay up. Were talking two different technologies.

I was allready off when you posted. I didn't see the AMF boat race or any of the crew at key west.We'll I've gotta say if some of the racers were as cranked up as the people on these forums there'd be some pretty freakin exciting events lol.
I do hope the other manufacterers put some of there boats in next year, it will do the sport good. And maybe get the prize funds elevated too.

media master is a 37' 6 yr old race boat single step. nothing like the technology that is comming out of the factory today.as far as running xxxin rough stuff and having delam is unherd of that boat cracked motor mounts and the body work around the deck and hull seam never crackedor chipped and thats running the boat with big power in 12 major poker runs all around the country in every type of water

And without getting bashed about it if the title sponsor's
has X amount of boats racing that curcuit, i would say it is safe to say a Fountain will win! Yes , he builds a fast boat.
and winning makes for great advertising. Watch the upcoming ads for Donzi they will claim a domination of F-2 class. and they are right they dominated. MTI ruled Supercat, Skater ruled SCL, it is all about technology, and what will benfit your company.
