I have video footage of LadyL in '89 absolutely HAMMERING through 4-6's with nice whitecaps off New Jersey. Water so big 41 Apaches were getting out of shape (just a little). I think I'll grab a beer and go watch that.

mike, the glass work would be cosmetic.
if ya really like it... jet blue can get ya round trip for well under 200.

Seen Lady L on E-Bay last year . I think they where looking for around $15,000 for her.

I Wouldnt even consider buying it. Buy the time you get done
you'll have more into a 30 year old boat than you could buy
a late 90's boat for. Don't just consider the big stuff. Its all the
little stuff that kills ya. Not to mention the structural items like
the transom and stringer rot. How about the fuel tank?? Another
headache if that takes a dump on you. I just aint worth it. Even
newer boats always need some kind of repairs. That will keep
you busy enough.
