I would like to know what kind of boat he was driving...... I hate it when they call a bayliner bow rider a speed boat!! Not saying he was not driving a offshore rig I would just like to know for sure. Other then that the guy is obvisouly a scum to have been busted before, be on parrole and then do this!!!! 15 year hardly seems enough.

18 yr old kid does not realize danger and safety. How many of us drove your cars as fast as they could go, drinking when 17 or 18? One slip and its the same thing. He will get what is due.

i live in howell and still have a rental about a 1 mile from zukey...i'll tell you it was probably a small boat....a 25 outlaw is extraordinarily huge for those lakes.
the judge LOVES to toss people in jail so this guy is not going to get any leniency.

Another downside... if it is something like a bayliner bowrider, and they say "speedboat" it once again is making us look bad!

Most kids today are PUNKS - no regard for the law.
They should drag him on that body of water by his nuts.

Where were the parents during this, and the previous events? Kids learn by example......
