Everyone is suggesting going huge and even my wife has said she wished she could have gotten a little more, but consider whether you/she cares if they look obviously fake.
We used a doctor that was recommended to use from Colorado who happened to be local to us. He is set-up to handle out of towners with hotel rates, visiting nurses, etc. He has an awesome web-site with thousands of before and after pics!!! (Dr. DeWire) His bedside manner sux but he's really good. He also is an actual MD were as plastic surgeons DO NOT HAVE TO BE REAL DOCTORS!!!!!Keep that in mind if you start "shopping"

go "under the muscle" with saline as opposed to the cheaper $$ "over the muscle " like the majority of the strippers/porn stars use........."under" looks (and feels) much more natural in the end.......as far as size goes......go big, but if you do shes got to be comfortable with complete strangers going "LOOK FAKE TITS!!!" and "ARE THEY FAKE??" and every other comment you can think of.....
