Trust me I would love to do that, this was my dream place to live at loto but she ruined that for me when she had an affair, I cannot rent it out because it is our names and I would have to refinance in my name and cannot do that right now so it has to go and be out of our names. That is why I am looking for a quick sale I cannot afford right now to pay anything more on this condo, realtor fees, and what not. I hope to be back to the lake one day, there is no place I would rather live trust me. The condo is on a first come first serve basis. Whoever can put a deal together and have the money gets it.

I am still working on pics...I am digging through what I have on my computer in Ohio right now. This is one of the bathrooms which was just painted and new med cabinet added and here is the sunset you can enjoy off of the master deck I am trying to get more pics when I can but like I said it is first to make a deal.
