Cumberland ROCKS!!!!!!!! Most fun Poker Run I've ever been to.

If you go to the Miami show, pick up a copy of Extreme Boats Mag as it will feature the Cumberland Poker Run.

Thanks for the Party!!!!!

Marginmn,
(nice Fountain, BTW) Both Lakes (Percy Priest/Old Hickory) are good. Percy is the newer of the 2. Much less lakeside developement. If you didn't know you were in suburban Nashville, you would think you were at one of our more scenic Cumberland Plateau lakes. Younger, wilder crowd at party cove. The U boats raced here in September.
Old Hickory is larger, where we run our MCPA Poker Run. Tends to a little more laid back (large cruiser crowd because you can lock in and out), but still plenty of partying MILFS !
As mentioned above, we lock through Old Hickory Dam into the Cumberland River to go partying downtown occaisonally.
The nice thing is if you go to one lake and nothing's going on, you can pull out and traler to the other one in 20 minutes.
Which one's better? It's all good .......................

Thanks Steve, Nashville is a great town. We've considered moving there ourselves to get a little better weather.

375stinger, when you say "unlimited's old building" are you referring to their old place in Jamestown KY or is that still in Ohio?

unlimited marine is located in jamestown. he is in their old building which is probably less than 2 miles from the jamestown marina. you would not be able to tell there was anyone there unless you knew where to look or had the adress.

That's great that Burke located near the lake. He built a couple of engines for a friend of mine and they were -still are - running great.

Do you happen to have his phone number?

h2owarrior, I moved my Black Thunder to State Dock for the next season. Hoist is already in and the dock boxes and dock wheels are ready for install. We always go to that end of the lake and this will save about 45 minutes on the drive up and about 60 miles on the round trip to the falls. Plus there are 4 great creek channels to play in very close by. With the price of fuel it just makes more sense. Plus State Dock has 4 restaurants you can get to without your car and Jamestown is closer than Somerset. Stay safe in China, and yes the USA is the promise land. Joe Murray
