How about neither?

Flashy graphics suck. A white boat is the way to go.

But i don't want a motor that blows up every year either.

Give me an all-white boat, an older straight-hull fountain or cigarette, with some nice, reliable diesels in it and maybe an 80-90 mph top end and i'll be happier than a pig in shiit.

Triple Yanmar 440's in the right hull could do this.

Exactly. Only thing i'd change is the motors... would probably want to go with some diesels. I want something that'll go 1000 hours with no probs.

However, i have no money. So i guess the price is another thing i'd change.

I'll take an all white boat, that is flashy and can go 100+ with reliable diesels. or 120+ with turbines

1000 a side is mild?? I though we were f*ing cool for having a boat with 1100hp/side?!!? The reliability goes out the window when you start getting really big on power. You spend more time fixing it than running! Been there done that

I like the 46 with a TAOD paint job and 1100hp :drink: That's show and GO! I didn't think 110+ was mild. Maybe we are just pu$$ies!?

:drink:

For all you pondering, yes it's still at Cigarette.......

How about this

http://www.offshoreonly.com/esvon/page-7827.html

with these mils

http://www.offshoreonly.com/esvon/page-7939.html

and some

http://arneson-industries.com/asd6_kit.htm

Sho, Go and Reliability

Later on down the road graphics to match the colors of
motors with black and chrome accents and chrome tint for the
canopies. I dont know how the tint would affect visibility
but it sure would look cool  :D

Orange lifelines and Orange Shoei helmuts w/ 5 person
com and graphics to match. :D

But if it came down to it I would go with slightly bigger
power 700-900hp depending on how much more power
the ASD conversion can take at its current rating of 750 lbs (depends on weight of the boat)

[QUOTE=Dave M]Are you NEW to OSO? :D :evilb:

No, not really... I've seen the "Allen 4 is a putz" stuff before and I think it's ran it's course. That's what I'm getting at... :D
