John Crouse was my favorite author as a kid growing up and reading Powerboat. John was the only editor that Powerboat ever had that was truely focused on Offshore Racing. His writing style was always a bit hard to read but his messages were interesting enough to try and decypher.

Then one month he was gone. No good bye. No explaination, just gone from the pages of powerboat. If there's one guy who lived through it ALL, it's John Crouse.
