He won't be there. The Shoot Out is the same weekend as the 1000 Islands Poker Run. Besides, I don't think the boat could turn the big # in that short of a distance. He would need a longer stretch.
Might have something else there though...

"Something Else"? You've got to be kidding. The word last summer was that he was having an 80' yacht being built to replace the 60' 'wife's boat'. My slip is about a mile from Jim's house on the water. Strip (Rob Stringer) doesn't believe me, but the few times Extreme Exhibit was on the hoist in back of the house last summer, it was easy to motor by and not notice it tucked between the neighbors's cruisers. Life is good in America...

Strip doesn't believe what? The Sunseeker is a 75 Predator named "Interim". He's waiting on the completion of the 80 hull # 2. Capt. Rob pilots that for all of the crew that doesn't ride on the cat.
The "something else" is a project for a different customer that SCARABJ can fill you in on if he wants.
BTW James, when do you suppose you're going to change that screen name?

Coin? Well at 33kts it burns about 100 gals/hr. So if diesel is $2.75 per gal.
It takes about 2750 dimes per hr. to make it move.
