Ha!! He responded to my email. He says the boat is in Europe and he'll pay for shipping. Get a load of this:

The boat is in excellent condition as you can see from the pictures.
It has never been down and it hasn't seen the rain.No scratches or any kind
of damage.
This is a one owner boat and it has a clear title.
If you are interested in buying it the price is 32.000.00 USD .
The boat will be shipped from Europe, on my expense and will be delivered
directly to your door in 5-6 days.
I will pay the shipping fees. The boat will be insured at the shipping company
for the transport.
All documents, including owner's manual, clear title and a bill of sale on
your name will be provided along with the bike.

The transaction will be made under eBay's buyer protection plan for our own
safety.
Your funds will be 100% insured by Ebay who will hold your payment until
you receive and test the bike
You will have 15 days from the time you receive the boat to inspect it and
decide if you want to keep it or not.

If you are interested in buying it please provide me your full name and address
so I can initiate the deal through Ebay.

I'm a serious seller and a fair trader and I prefer to deal only with a serious
buyer.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Was this guy selling a boat or a bike? Maybe both because he mentioned both a boat and a bike in his response to you. Too bad they will not try hard to catch these guys.

This exact same thing went on with a 34 Powerquest about 7 or 8 months ago.......It may be the same guy, first they said the boat was in FL, then about a month later the same boat was in Europe.... I say we mount a e-mail attack and pound this stroke!!!!
