for resale I would look at just 6 , mercury, Illmor, Richie Zul, Cheif, Eickert, only problem is for 25k all except the 525 mercury will have to be used.new and in the 625-650hp will put you between 30-35k with headers, 700-750hp will be in the 35-40k range. the supercat motors running 7400 rpm's would not be wise, stay naturally aspirated., Nortech makes a very good 625 that you could get in that price range , call Ron he is very good and will treat you right and educate you a little on his motors.
