Myrtle Beach is a great place, IMO. Its small enough to be family friendly, but big enough to keep you interested. Been here 20 years.

Lots of growth, but the real estate market is on fire- if you are looking for a "deal", move along, nothing to see here.

I apply the exterior stucco to almost every major hi-rise condo project in MB, and have 27 on the books right now, with another 20 in the planning stages. In other words, thats about 4-5 years of work for me and my company. They are pretty much naming their prices on condos and homes.

The growth potential here is amazing.

I just got in to boating, so I'm not real familiar with all there is to do on the water.

I'd love to relocate to the North Myrtle Beach area. I should have done it ten years ago when it was a bit more affordable.

How far away are you Trick. Was checking out your website (nice site) didn't relize your in SC. Check out Little River great boating close to the Beach and more affordable. By the way was looking at those intercoms on your site don't they make them built in with the helms?

I'm 100 miles west.

You want intercoms built into a helmet? They offer a helmet kit.
