As far as I can tell Ken and Cat haven't received the proper permission from the Lake Murray Gang to relocate..........so I guess you can't move!

Cat, you guys are NOT allowed to leave the Carolinas! Woman, we haven't had a good Margarita drinking party yet! If you MUST move, we have to do this before you go. And of course, go ahead and set me up a room, I'll be coming to visit!

Don't worry Mike...we'll have a HUGE blow out and then we'll ask for permission, agreed?

Learned a new term today. Flood zone. They want 500-650K and I get to walk in water every couiple of years. Let's see; critters and water IN the house. This must be the Gamecock specials, real estate for the out of town crowd.

Few nice houses on Waterman Ave in Rumson NJ, you'll pay $1.5M for a house and every moon high tide you'll park your car and the end of the street and wade through almost 3' of water to get to your house. Luckily this is NJ so you don't have to worry about critters

Ah the beauty of living on the water

Really interested to see how this works out for you. We have been looking to move south as well.

There is only one place where you can......

have a B-25 Bomber in your backyard, and...........

get to boat around the "quad towers", and ..........

be swarmed by a gazillion Purple Martins, and .............

enjoy the sights of Lake Murray................

We've been thinking about heading south, not sure where yet. Maybe Merritt Island.

Come one down! It would be great to see another OSO member on the "Island"! Living on the island is, cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter than the Fl. mainland, boating 365 days a year, low crime rate, small town living, 40 minutes to all the attractions in Orlando. We live off Sykes Creek, which is a VERY STORM PROTECTED waterway! If you want any info. about MI, let me know.
