Learned a new term today. Flood zone. They want 500-650K and I get to walk in water every couiple of years. Let's see; critters and water IN the house.

Come one down! It would be great to see another OSO member on the "Island"! Living on the island is, cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter than the Fl. mainland, boating 365 days a year, low crime rate, small town living, 40 minutes to all the attractions in Orlando. We live off Sykes Creek, which is a VERY STORM PROTECTED waterway!
