Babe stop searching, stop stressing and just travel an additional 350 miles and get done with it. We live on the water here and it's heaven, we boat 365 days 24/7 if we wanted too. This is every boaters paradise admit it or not. You can get into a house here on the water for like 1.8M.

120? I think that is at about 3000 RPMs

My brother lives in Jax on the west side of town out in the country on 6 acres and loves it. I get down there 3-4 times a year. Personally I dont like South FL. Jax is nice and still reasonable to get something decent. My Dad and I are looking to buy a place down there as a family compound type thing in the 500-800K range. Been looking on the water or for something needing work, just off the water. By the 07 Run I might be hosting the SBRT party Cuda will be the entertainment

Just wanted to thank all the Jax people for making us feel so welcomed this past weekend!

Rick (Upthecreek) and his wife, Tracy...it was wonderful to meet the two of you! Rick~ please be sure to tell Tracy thanks for taking us all over the place looking for somewhere to live! We'll be talking to her soon.

James (ScarabJ)~Thanks for the ride in the Nortech...that's a sweet ride!

Mike (Offthefront)~ Thank you for everything you tried to do! We're sorry it didn't work out but it was really nice visiting with your parents...your Mom is a very sweet lady!

To everyone else we met...thanks again for making us feel like a part of your group!

Glad you had a good visit. I saw James on Sunday he said he had taken you for a ride up Black Creek. Good luck on the move. Let us know when you guys are coming to town!

Jacksonville Rocks I think. Thanks everybody. We can't wait till we move there. Hope to be there in time for the poker run. We'll show you how to do it Lake Murry style. Also be on the look out for Cathy's Cinco de Mio party. They are legendary.
