Cabo Mexico

Re: Cabo Mexico
We were there in December. We stayed at the Sheraton Hacienda del Mar and it is a very nice resort. On a six hour fishing trip we caught 4 striped marlin. All over 150lbs each. The baja racing buggies are a blast and they also have some good trips with the four wheelers. Was one of the best vacations I have been on. I would definitely go back!

Re: Cabo Mexico
I stayed at the Melia Sun the first time, then at houses in the Pedregal (the mountain overlooking the town. Great time. Be careful where you eat. Places like the Giggling Marlin are a lot of fun but you could end up being on an IV for several days as well.
The night life downtown starts about 11 pm and goes to the wee hours of the morning. The Brazilian restauarant is awesome.
Do the Baja cars or the 4 wheelers.

The wide Open Baja dune buggy deal is ok -You sign up at the store in down town Cabo - they have a buggy parked on the sidewalk - they have a test track 30 minutes from town - you go fast enough to crash but for $ 300.00 it is not bad - If you take a chick in the Dune buggy she will get dirty -
I have done the Wide Open Baja trip 3 times from Ensenda to Cabo 1,000 miles each trip, one way, seven day trip. You do that trip in the real race cars called BC cars - Now when you drive that puppy you are doing something - the little track cars are low powered toys compared to BC car
